Use this dialog to convert Alcohol from volume% to weight%. You can also input the sugar content and the POD will be calculated as well. The calculator works with weights so for accurate results we need to calculate the weight% of the alcohol.
The Cooked button is an approximation of how much alcohol is left after cooking for a specified time. Press this button and input minutes of cooking and the Volume% will be adjusted to account for evaporated alcohol.
The list to the right shows other measures of alcohol so you can check there for the volume%.
So, just input the volume% of the alcohol and the sugar content if any. If the Update nutrients checkbox is checked all the nutrients in the ingredient will be overwritten. If is not checked only the PAC and POD will be set.
