Ingredient Allergens Dialog

For each ingredient you can set what allergens and sub ingredients it contains. For allergens you check the checkboxes for Contains, Traces of or Other. To add new allergens just type a new allergen in the list.

For sub-ingredients you type in the name and the amount of each sub-ingredient. You can also flag that ingredient for Highlighting in the reports. And a more advanced feature is that you can group sub-ingredients under different TAGS, the default is the INGREDIENTS tag but you can use the Add tag button to add new TAGS that can be used in the reports.

Normally it is hard to know the exact amount of each sub-ingredient so many times you need to make educated guesses here.
