Yes, in the calculator you have a range of options to exchange ingredients or convert between different dairy sources.
I only have a Mac. How do I get a version of this that works on Mac? Is it possible to just get an .xlsx file? The .exe that downloads won’t open on Apple devices… Awesome website!
This is a Windows software.
Easiest is to use for example Parallels on MAC to run it.
Hello, I have been reviewing the software, which is very interesting, but I would like to know the parameters you use for gelatos. Do I have a way to see them there?
The software has a few different Gelato charts by default but you can and should adjust them yourself to your liking.
