You can convert a recipe to an ingredient in the software. Here is an example using the Cocoa cream used in the Chocolate gelato recipe.

For example this recipe can be saved as an ingredient in the database.
Start by creating a recipe with these ingredients. Then press the “Save as ingredient..:” button.
Enter a name for the new ingredient.
That’s it. You have now converted a recipe into an ingredient and saved it to the database.
