You can use the Label system to generate documents with both nutrition labels and ingredients lists and much more.

The documentation is not available in Italian, sorry. I would need someone to translate it for me.
But the software is translated. You can change language in the Settings dialog. The Italian translation is I think about 95% completed.

I know some other calculator calculates a creaminess index and a coolness.
I don’t exactly know how this is calculated so I have not added this to the calculator yet.

If you know how to calculate this please let me know and I will add it to the program.

Do you have an italian version? How could I calculate the creaminess index and the coolness(transforms amount of heat necessary to bring the temperature of 10 ml of gelato to +5 C degrees into a numerical value)?
